Services We Provide
Evidence-based care, tailored to you
Evaluation
A comprehensive evaluation of symptoms, patterns, history, health, and goals to clarify diagnosis. A follow-up appointments is necessary to review clinical impressions, discuss recommendations, answer questions, and develop a collaborative, personalized treatment plan.
Medication management
For patients desiring medication, regular follow-up visits allow our psychiatrist to monitor progress, evaluate how medications are working, address side effects, and thoughtfully adjust treatment as needs evolve. Appointment length and complexity are based on clinical need.
Psychotherapy
Individual, couple, family, and group in-depth psychotherapy appointments explore underlying emotional and behavioral patterns to support meaningful progress toward treatment goals. Appointments can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or on an as needed basis.
Support We Offer
Support through every phase of life
Every new patient or client receives a comprehensive initial evaluation. A variety of follow up sessions are available based on clinical need. Please note that our providers will dedicate the necessary time to your care. If more time is needed, additional fees may apply.

Children – 12 and younger
We take great care in looking after young minds, knowing mental health can be overwhelming for children as much as for parents.
Our approach to child mental health care considers each child within the context of their development, family, school, relationships, and everyday life, helping us understand not only what a child is experiencing, but what may be contributing to it. We work closely with children and their parents to make care approachable and supportive of the needs of each child and family.

Adolescents – 13 to 17
Adolescence is about discovering who you are while navigating a world that is constantly changing around you.
We meet teens where they are, creating a space where they can feel heard, understood, and respected while receiving expert mental health care designed for the unique challenges of adolescence. Through adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, we help teens and their families navigate emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental challenges while building the skills and confidence needed to move forward.

Adults – 18 and older
Adulthood brings changing roles, relationships, responsibilities, and challenges, and sometimes the ways we've learned to cope are no longer enough.
We provide individualized adult mental health care through psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management, or a thoughtful combination of both. Our care considers the whole clinical picture, including emotional well-being, relationships, work, family, physical health, and major life transitions. We also provide specialized mental health support during pregnancy, after childbirth, and throughout the postpartum period.
